Find the anchor
At the start of a round, the first canonical FTSOv2 observation becomes the opening price. Every later observation is measured against it.
HIGHLOW
Launch app
FLARE-NATIVE / COSTON2
One opening-price anchor. Block-by-block FTSOv2 observations. A binary market that settles on Flare, in public.
THE MECHANISM
HighLow turns a familiar question into a transparent onchain event. Your position is about direction, not a promised dollar payout.
At the start of a round, the first canonical FTSOv2 observation becomes the opening price. Every later observation is measured against it.
Buy HIGHER if you expect the close above the anchor. Buy LOWER if you expect it below. Quotes are shown in native C2FLR.
At the live close, the winning side shares the pool. Winners claim their proportional settlement on Flare.
100-SECOND MARKET / 120-SECOND CADENCE
The directional market ends at 100 seconds. Oracle close and next-round registration complete the on-time cadence.
NO BLACK BOX
Prices arrive from FTSOv2 as canonical block observations supplied by the HighLow backend. The interface may draw a smooth line for readability, but settlement only uses observed values.
Read the protocol notesFLARE-NATIVE BY DESIGN
HighLow uses the primitives that make short-horizon markets legible: native C2FLR, browser wallets, WalletConnect, and FTSOv2 on Coston2.
A MEASURED PATH FORWARD
HighLow is deliberately narrow today: one BTC/USD feed, one 100-second directional market, and native C2FLR on Coston2. Expansion follows reliability, security, and demonstrated product demand.
CURRENTLY PRE-AUDIT / PRE-MAINNET
Operate the complete BTC/USD lifecycle under realistic conditions, measure live-close coverage, feed age, transaction cost, participation, depth, and VOID rate.
BTC/USD ONLYIndependent audit, hardened key management, redundant oracle automation, production monitoring, incident response, and compliance clearance.
EVIDENCE BEFORE LAUNCHLaunch a focused BTC/USD 100-second market with native FLR, conservative parameters, monitored operations, and a limited initial cohort.
NATIVE FLRAdd suitable FTSOv2 feeds and market clocks, then evaluate N-outcome markets, reusable market templates, and FDC-resolved event markets.
SPECIFY / TEST / AUDITTHE HIGHLOW PROMISE
See the anchor, the observations, the quote, the fee, and the claim. Then decide.
A16K-LAB / BUILDER NOTE
HighLow is an a16k-lab experiment in readable, fast, Flare-native markets. The interface stays quiet so the protocol can be loud.
